Temperature in the modern Nuwave Brio-8 Quart air fryer is digitally displayed on the air fryer front-facing screen. It can either be in degrees Centigrade or Farhenheit depending on the current setting of the air fryer.
Some people prefer to use the Fahrenheit scale to keep track of the temperature because graduations are high, and the cooking accuracy is surprisingly improved.
In case of a power outage when the air fryer is in service, I faced issues with the temperature units. When I turned it back on, the temperature changed from Fahrenheit to Celsius. The wattage setting had also changed, but that was easy enough to fix.
To change the temperature unit in the Nuwave air fryer to Farhenheit, you need to follow the simple guidelines below;

Why is Farhenheit preferred in Air fryers?
I prefer to use Farhenheit as a unit in comparison to the degree Centigrade because of the following reasons;
- I am used to the temperature Unit.
- I had been using it in my last air fryer model.
- The temperature graduation is more significant in Farhenheit compared to the Centrifgrade unit.
- It is aligned with most of the air-frying Recipes available in the market
